The Power of Affirmations!
Affirmations are powerful tools to support you and nurture you in your daily life and relationships! Learn to think in positive affirmations! Affirmations can be any statement you make. Continually make positive statements about how you want your life to be. Always make the statement in the Present tense!, such as "I am" or "I have." Your subconscious mind is such an obedient servant that if you declare in the future tense, "i want" or "I will have" then that is where that idea will always stay- just out of your reach in the future!
Allow me to share this affirmation with you.....
Every single thought I have and every sentence I speak is an affirmation. It is either positive or negative. Positive affirmations create positive experiences, and negative affirmations create negative experiences. If I continually repeat negative statements about myself and life, I only keep producing more negative experiences. I now rise beyond my old habit of seeing life in a negative way. My new affirmation habit is to only speak of the good I want in my life. Then, only good will come to me.
In the Beginning is the Word!
I use my affirmations wisely.
Perhaps today, begin with a simple affirmation such as "I am........." "I am strong," or "I am safe and loved".
Notice how it empowers you and supports you in your daily encounters and activities!
